A. Yes. There are Rules and Regulations, which govern the community which are enforceable by the Homeowners Association.  These Rules and Regulations are passed on to any new owner with a deed transfer.

Q. How many homes will make up McGregor Reserve?
A. Our development consists of a total of 134 home sites.

Q. Are there monthly association fees?
A. Currently the Homeowners Association Fees are $138 per month paid Semi Annually.

Q. What do the association fees cover?
A. Semi Annual fees paid cover the following items: Common area lawn maintenance, heated pool and maintenance, entry courtesy officer expenses, lake maintenance, street lighting, insurance for common areas and reserves.
 

Q. Is McGregor Reserve in a flood zone?
A. McGregor Reserve is located in is listed as elevation zone B-10, not a flood zone.  Flood coverage would be at your discretion.
